After completing your purchase, your items or perks will be automatically delivered to your account in-game. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes. If you don’t receive your purchase within an hour, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

All purchases are non-refundable as they go directly toward supporting the server. If you experience any issues with a purchase, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

In the event of a server wipe or reset, most permanent purchases, such as VIP ranks and priority queue access, will be restored. However, items like in-game currency, vehicles, or weapons may not carry over. We always aim to be fair, so be sure to check our server announcements for updates regarding wipes and what will be retained.
